The iPad HD -Is it coming?

When the first iPad was being developed it was designed to do everything a laptop and a smart phone could do, but better. Everyone was wow’d by the iPad and then the iPad2. Now another iPad is rumored to come out sometime in the fall. It’s shocking everyone because of the comment from Apple CEO Steve Jobs in 2011 “The year of the iPad2,”.

Before the rumors about the iPad HD were first heard, most people thought Apple was going to save the retina(?) that was being developed for an iPad 3, since they are already dominating the tablet market this quarter. Rumored to be released in September, the iPad HD won’t be the iPad 3 but simply an upgrade from the iPad2. It’s pretty much going the same concept as the Macbook and the Macbook Pro. Not a lot is going to change, except for the major upgrades in the resolution. With two times the resolution of the iPad 2 (2048 x 1536), the new device isn’t predicated to be cheap. It will most likely be aimed at the higher-end market professionals such as:   photographers, video editors,  and artists.

We’re all well-aware by now that both the iPad and iPad2 are the ultimate portable devices for viewing, transferring and sharing media; but what about those occasions when a much larger screen is beneficial to the entire viewing experience? You can stream videos from YouTube and movies from Netflix or your own hard drive – as well as play games – all by simply connecting your iPad or iPad2 to an HDTV via a wired connection.

Before we even begin though, you will need to make sure that you have the necessary cables to connect the iPad or iPad2 to your HDTV. Each of the following cables can either be purchased online (or offline) from the Apple store, or from a marketplace such as eBay.

Remember the days of the 1990’s, when arcade games were still the thrill of the teenage consumer market? As you got a bit older, you didn’t lose the love for the game, but the companies around lost the love for the games and therefore made them almost all the way obsolete. Well, that doesn’t mean they are obsolete, and can now even be accessed through the iPad2, with a new app offering the X-Men app, which is – yes, arcade lovers – just like the arcade game of the ‘90’s.

So, of course teens and the younger users of the iPad2, as well as those that were never really into arcade games, or just missed the era, will not be too excited, but once they see the awesome graphics, they may feel that they missed out on an important period of time, when games were so much more challenging, and offered so much more action and great real-feel excitement.

Those of you who are nostalgic and remember the 1990’s as a decade of the comic book Gods, this game app is definitely a hot ticket, which is sure to get you a bit more into iPad2’s gaming features, with the X-Men app, which was released on the 2nd of June, 2011, acting as a great throwback that offers the great additions of today’s styles and graphics as well – however, still does not change a thing. In fact, everything is exactly the same – with a brighter more enhanced display.
