CBS, Flickr and ABC have struck the deal with Apple for TV streaming onto the iPad. And that’s not all by any means. This all can be availed for free by iPad users. Full TV episodes with uncut ads would be directly streamed over iPad.
Users need not go through app store. Service providers would bring about their own custom made apps and live TV streaming can be enjoyed over iPad in just about no time. Service providers such as Netflix are also working on their own custom made iPad apps. In bid to draw more interest these smart apps would showcase the videos and other interactive material to the end users too.
ABC is expected to roll out its own player cum app platform for iPad. This would enable users to connect to streaming TV interfaces through Wi-Fi platforms. Full episodes of popular shows such as Survivor, Friends etc are already available on the website.
Post April 3, 2010 splurge of users would plug-in these apps onto their iPad. Staying in touch with latest happenings and developments is just a touch away with iPad. Service providers are working on providing smarter platforms and ads that does not require flash support. This would enable faster loading of the content on iPad.
